The crisis isn't waiting. Neither can we.

Hundreds of thousands of people, including children, are being sexually exploited and abused right now, waiting to be identified and rescued. Every day without action is a day too long. July 30 is World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. This is the moment to rise up.

WHY JULY?

World Day Against Trafficking in Persons is July 30.

Established to shine a light on the harsh realities of human trafficking, this day calls on each of us to rise up, speak out, and take action.

This year, we invite you to Rise Up. Because the only way we end trafficking is by confronting it together. It's happening in our communities, in our neighborhoods, and even in our own homes. Real change begins when we raise our voices, raise awareness, and refuse to look away.

Every Thursday in July, we'll be sharing simple and impactful ways for you to get involved in your own community, from education and prevention to advocacy and support.

Watch Rise Up for Freedom Coming July 2

Rise Up for Freedom is reframing human trafficking as a crisis that is often hiding in plain sight. It challenges common misconceptions, defines the issue, and shows why true freedom requires more than rescue, but also requires survivor care, law enforcement support, prevention, and community action.

Watch Rise Up for Survivors Coming July 7

Rise Up for Survivors centers on human trafficking victims and survivors, from the vulnerabilities that traffickers exploit to the moment of rescue and the journey from crisis to healing. Through survivor voices and expert insight, it shows why trauma-informed, survivor-centered care is essential to helping survivors rebuild safety, stability, choice, and hope.

Watch Rise Up for Protectors Coming July 16

Rise Up for Protectors honors the law enforcement officers and frontline partners confronting human trafficking and child exploitation every day. It shows the growing complexity of this growing crime, the emotional toll on investigators, and why equipping and supporting protectors is critical to helping more human trafficking victims and survivors on their healing journey.

Watch Rise Up for Prevention Coming July 22

Rise Up for Prevention focuses on what prevention requires. It separates reality from perception, helping viewers recognize what human trafficking and exploitation can look like today. By exploring how grooming, technology, and vulnerability create risk, it shows how awareness can lead to action—helping communities identify warning signs earlier and strengthen their role as a critical line of defense against human trafficking.

Watch Rise Up Together Coming July 30
