ICAC Connect Program
Equipping law enforcement with the tools they need to put predators behind bars. At Our Rescue, we know that fighting online exploitation requires both innovation and collaboration, and ICAC Connect bridges the gap. Our goal is to ensure that U.S. based agencies have the resources they need to fight child exploitation right here at home.

What is ICAC Connect?
Designed to support North American Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Forces, this program provides advanced investigative tools, data analytics, ICAC Officer Training Scholarships, and community-driven funding to combat online child exploitation, particularly CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).
How ICAC Connect Works
The ICAC Connect program provides targeted, practical support to help agencies do what they do best: protect children. Through the program, law enforcement agencies can access:
- Technology and forensic tools for digital investigations
- Data analytics and intelligence support
- ICAC Officer Training Scholarships
- Rapid response grants for urgent equipment and resource needs
- Community-based fundraising partnerships for long-term sustainability
Why Your Donation to ICAC Connect Matters

“ICAC Task Forces are incredibly efficient, but they’re increasingly outmatched by the volume of cases, limited funding, and the technological complexity of these crimes. ICAC Connect exists to close that gap. This is about empowering those who protect children every single day.” - Derek Benner, Our Rescue CEO

Building on Our Rescue’s Law Enforcement Support
ICAC Connect builds on Our Rescue’s ongoing commitment to support law enforcement. It complements the ESD K9 Program, which deploys Electronic Storage Detection dogs to help locate hidden digital evidence in trafficking and exploitation cases.
