On October 8, 2025, Our Rescue was on the ground with Kosovo law enforcement in a targeted operation to stop the spread of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This carefully coordinated effort spanned three separate locations and resulted in the arrest of three individuals responsible for distributing the sexually exploitive content online.

Early in the morning, Our Rescue teams joined the Cybercrime Unit for coordinated raids across the three locations. Authorities seized four laptops, four mobile phones, and one tablet as evidence during the operation.

That evening and the following day, Our Rescue partnered with the Human Trafficking Unit, as they conducted searches in apartments known to be used by traffickers running escort services. Eight survivors of human trafficking were rescued during these operations—all from South America.

Survivor Care was on the ground and was able to assess survivors’ post-rescue needs to help shape future support efforts, working alongside local NGOs and partners to ensure coordinated, trauma-informed care.

Our Rescue provided logistical support throughout the operation. Leading up to the raids, we equipped the Kosovo Police Human Trafficking and Cybercrime Units with communications technology and specialized training, helping build the capacity needed to conduct these complex investigations.

We are proud to stand alongside the Kosovo Police and other law enforcement agencies worldwide in the fight against sex trafficking and child exploitation. It’s not a fight we can face alone – and when we join forces, we bring justice for survivors.
