In her role as Strategic Advisor for the Washington State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Kelly Crouch brings over 20 years of experience in community education to counsel over 150 agencies on strategies that both prevent and effectively respond to technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation. Through her commitment and expertise, she is an essential figure in protecting children from trafficking and other online dangers.

Jeff Frazier is a decorated U.S. Army Veteran serving as the Chairman of STIMPACK, a Haiti-focused think tank and interventional NGO. Jeff has experience in marketing and growth organizations as the founder, former CEO and current Board Observer at THREAD, a leading technology platform enabling innovative research approaches to biopharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. Through his extensive charitable work, he has worked alongside community stakeholders to manage and fund projects focused on improving the quality of life in the world’s neediest communities, including through preventing trafficking.

With more than 25 years of law enforcement experience, Matthew has played a pivotal and hands-on role in disrupting criminal organizations involved in human trafficking and child exploitation across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. He provides both technical and operational assistance to dismantle transnational criminal organizations through directly liaising with government and law enforcement agencies around the globe.

Sean Vassilaros is a proven executive and entrepreneur with extensive philanthropic experience. He served as co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at THREAD, a leading clinical research technology platform, for ten years, culminating in a successful exit in 2019 via acquisition. Sean is the co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KANNY, an innovative software company in the HR Tech space. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Hailey Mayz Foundation, a non-profit providing physical, speech, and occupational therapies for special needs children, and as an Adjunct Professor at Lehigh University in the College of Engineering and Applied Science.

Assistant Criminal District Attorney, Lindy Borchardt, aggressively prosecutes all human trafficking cases including both labor and sex trafficking for the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. This is located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex where Our Rescue is establishing a Center of Excellence for its operations. Lindy works closely with law enforcement and non-profit organizations to help protect victims and seek justice. She received the 2022 Community Impact Award from the Tarrant County 5 Stones Taskforce and the 2023 Three Key Award from Texas-based Unbound Now, an anti-trafficking and survivor services organization. Lindy travelled with Unbound Now to help train on best practices in the prosecution of human trafficking cases in Jakarta and Nepal. Our Rescue provided funding for this international training.

Dr. Abigail Casas Muñoz founded the Center for Advanced Studies on Violence and Prevention at the National Institute of Pediatrics in Mexico City and brings a trauma-informed clinical approach to guide Our Rescue’s Survivor Care focus. Dr. Casas brings 20 years of experience as a pediatrician, researcher, and professor. She’s a pioneer in research on Adverse Childhood Experiences with a focus on violence against children and adolescents and children's human rights.

James M. Sweeney is a successful serial entrepreneur who started 14 healthcare companies with original ideas, none of which have failed. He has raised $2 billion in capital that generated more than $30 billion in exit value. More importantly his companies have saved or extended the lives of millions of people. Success stories include Caremark, which included 75 centers around the U.S. before being sold to Baxter Laboratories and was later acquired by CVS. Jim’s company, Coram Healthcare, was also eventually sold to CVS in 2013 for $2.1 billion. CardioNet (BioTelemetry) was purchased by Philips in 2021 for $2.8 billion. Recently, Jim put his capital and passion for saving lives to work in the humanitarian space by founding Kids Set Free, Inc, a 501(c)(3) foundation with a mission dedicated to supporting agencies and organizations that are combatting Child Sexual Exploitation.

Jim Dinkins is a nationally recognized leader with over 30 years of experience in federal law enforcement, national security, and intelligence. He currently serves as President of Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS), a provider of mission-critical solutions to federal agencies. Previously, Jim led anti-money laundering and financial crimes compliance efforts as Senior Vice President at US Bank. He also served as Chief of the Cornerstone and Financial Investigation Programs at the Department of Homeland Security. Following the 9/11 attacks, Dinkins led the development of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), overseeing a $2 billion budget, 9,000 employees and global operations targeting transnational criminal organizations and national security threats worldwide.

Michelle Livingstone has 30 years of experience in supply chain management, having worked at Kraft Foods, J.C. Penney, C&S Wholesale Grocers, and The Home Depot as VP of Transportation for 14 years. As the founder of M.D. Livingstone Consulting, LLC, she provides supply chain solutions and leadership insights. Michelle serves on the boards of Werner Enterprises and Mastery Logistics Systems, advises The Pasha Group, and is Vice Chair of the University of Denver’s Transportation & Supply Chain Institute Board. Michelle also chairs the Transportation and Supply Chain Executive Board at Indiana University and co-founded WISE Beyond, a nonprofit that supports newcomers to the industry.
