Our Rescue’s Survivor Care program provides Impact Grant for United States based non-profit organizations whose mission aligns with Our Rescue’s commitment to end human trafficking and child exploitation while empowering survivors to reclaim their lives and thrive on their healing journeys.
In support of this mission, Our Rescue’s Survivor Care program works in partnership with service agencies that provide comprehensive care, stability, and opportunity to make the greatest possible impact for survivors. By providing expert training, technical assistance, and financial support, Our Rescue is able to strengthen the capacity of our survivor care partners to ensure that survivors have access to trauma-informed resources throughout the United States. For 2026, Our Rescue has awarded eight recipients for the 2026 Survivor Care Impact Grant.
We are pleased to share the 8 incredible organizations that have been selected
Cherish Families
Moving Families from Crisis to Thriving for Generational Success
The Impact Grant supports Cherish Families’ housing stabilization program for survivors of trafficking, abuse and coercion, serving as both a critical intervention for individuals leaving exploitative situations and a form of prevention against re-trafficking and further victimization. They were awarded because of their outstanding reputation in the survivor community and because they primarily serve individuals from isolated and underserved communities, including those from polygamous backgrounds, where geographic separation, limited access to outside systems, and significant service gaps leave survivors with few options when they are ready to seek safety.
Created Women
Created serves and empowers women affected by sex trafficking and exploitation, reclaiming their lives and restoring their value, dignity, and purpose
The Survivor Care Impact Grant supports the Created Women Survivor Housing and Stabilization Support Program, which provides safe housing and immediate basic needs for adult female survivors of human trafficking entering their residential program. It ensures that each woman receives safe shelter, food, clothing, hygiene items, and intensive case management during the critical early stages of stabilization. They were selected because of the continuity of care that they provide and their commitment to excellence.
The Dragonfly Home
Where victims can find their voice
For The Dragonfly Home the Impact Grant supports comprehensive, trauma-informed services to survivors of human trafficking across Oklahoma. Services include a 24-hour human trafficking helpline and crisis response, emergency, transitional, and long-term housing access, essential needs, medical and dental care, trauma-focused therapy, legal assistance, education and vocational assistance. They were selected because of their strong partnerships in the area, including with local enforcement, and their holistic, client-centered support that addresses both immediate crises and long-term stability.
FAIR Girls
Our mission is to end human trafficking one life at a time through survivor-centered and trauma-informed services, prevention, and housing
FAIR Girls will put the funding towards a general operating support to sustain their 25-bed emergency and transitional housing program for survivors of human trafficking in Washington, DC. They were selected because they are the only trafficking-specific emergency and transitional housing program in the region, they are exploring an expansion to provide safe housing and stabilization services in Virginia, and because they are one of the only organizations that has an active plan to incorporate services for male survivors.
Hope for Justice
Hope for Justice is a global charity working to bring an end to modern slavery and human trafficking, and to protect the human rights of victims and survivors
The Survivor Care Impact Grant funds will be supporting the training, investigations and identification program of Hope for Justice. This program provides on-site operational support and assistance during law enforcement operations, and education directly to survivors, law enforcement, service providers, and the community. It also includes expanded capacity to include direct survivor-focused services and specialized, best-practice techniques for serving survivors of both human trafficking and child exploitation in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Iowa. They were awarded because of their comprehensive services, broad reach, and history of excellent collaboration with law enforcement.
Massachusetts Children’s Alliance (State Chapter)
We Help Abused Children Get The Best Care Possible
Massachusetts Children’s Alliance will put the Impact Grant towards statewide technical assistance for the Commonwealth’s 12 county-based Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) case managers and a statewide MDT Summit in October focused on trauma-informed identification, investigation, referral, and care coordination for exploited youth. MACA was selected because of their broad reach and influence over all of the child advocacy centers in Massachusetts and because of their commitment to collaboration.
Safety Compass
Safety Compass exists to extend relentless hope and navigational support for survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and human trafficking
Safety Compass’s funding is going towards general operating support to sustain and strengthen their survivor-centered, 24/7 emergency response, crisis intervention, stabilization and long-term advocacy services for survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and human trafficking across Northwest Oregon. They were selected because of their unique, on-scene emergency response, the substantial growth in demand for their services over the past year, their strong partnerships with law enforcement, and their steadfast commitment to survivor-leadership.
We Fight Monsters
We Fight Monsters exists to confront trafficking and addiction with a lawful, boots-on-the-ground response. Our mission is clear and measurable: Rescue, Recover, and Restore people, turning hotspots of harm into hubs of hope
We Fight Monsters will utilize the Impact Grant to support a partial salary for a Director of Strategic Partnerships and the implementation of Casebook, a cloud-based case management platform. These investments directly improve outcomes for survivors of trafficking, and their children, served through Sparrow House and across their end-to-end Rescue, Recover, and Restore pipeline.
These eight organizations were part of over 90 completed applicants who are all doing tremendously valuable work to support and protect survivors. Every single applicant impressed us with their commitment to survivor care and we are hopeful that we can partner with all of them in other capacities in the future.
