Bill S. Walker

Bill Walker is the SVP of Law Enforcement Enterprise and Operations at Our Rescue. Bringing over 27 years of federal law enforcement experience, Bill has served in senior leadership roles within Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), including most recently as Assistant Director for Operations, overseeing nationwide efforts to disrupt transnational criminal organizations engaged in human trafficking and child exploitation.

Bill’s leadership experience includes serving as Special Agent in Charge for HSI New York and Philadelphia, as well as acting leadership roles in New Jersey and New England. He has directed transnational investigative programs, built collaborative partnerships across law enforcement agencies, and is widely respected for his ability to guide large teams with integrity, care, and impact.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from LaSalle University and a certificate in Key Executive Leadership from American University.
