OUR Rescue CEO Tammy Lee, and members of the team were honored to participate in the 2024 Coalition to End Sexual Exploitation (CESE) Global Summit, hosted by the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) in Washington, D.C.
This event gathers leading voices from around the world to address the pervasive issues of sexual exploitation, human trafficking, and related forms of abuse. During this event, the OUR Rescue team had the opportunity to connect with individuals and other nonprofit organizations on this shared mission, contributing its unique perspective and sharing frontline experiences. By engaging with other passionate advocates and experts at the CESE Global Summit, OUR Rescue aimed to strengthen collaborative efforts and inspire actionable solutions in the global fight against sexual exploitation.
“The ultimate goal of our mission is to help rescue and care for survivors,” said Tammy Lee, CEO, OUR Rescue. “We achieve this goal by partnering with law enforcement to identify and arrest predators so we can get survivors to safety and on a pathway to healing.”
The 2024 Coalition to End Exploitation Global Summit focused on exploring the critical intersections between sexual exploitation and technological innovations. Diving into both the transformative potential and the dangers that emerging technologies pose in the fight against exploitation, attendees had the opportunity to learn from leading experts in the field, engage in critical dialogues, and contribute their expertise toward developing actionable strategies.
