FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SALT LAKE CITY – July 1, 2026 – Our Rescue, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to ending human trafficking and child exploitation, today announced a $250,000 matching gift campaign to support its mission throughout the month of July.

Thanks to the generosity of the Three Sisters Foundation, all new recurring gifts of $20 or more and one-time donations of $100 or more made to Our Rescue in July will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $250,000.

The campaign coincides with World Day Against Trafficking in Persons and serves as a cornerstone of Our Rescue’s month-long Rise Up initiative, which aims to educate, equip, and mobilize individuals, families, communities, businesses, and organizations in the fight against human trafficking and child exploitation.

The Three Sisters Foundation is excited to inspire and motivate other donors to give to Our Rescue. A Three Sisters Trustee, who is also a mother of two young girls shared, “We have supported the amazing work of Our Rescue for several years and we know that they put every dollar to work to keep kids safe from exploitation. I can’t think of a worthier cause. We want others to join us and July seemed like the perfect time to do so in light of World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. As a parent, I am all in on their mission! I often say to others, if it was your children being exploited and abused, wouldn’t you do everything you could to stop it? We are partnering with Our Rescue to stop child exploitation and trafficking.”

Teresa Harland, SVP of Advancement at Our Rescue added, “this matching gift opportunity enables supporters to immediately double their gift and expand their impact. Together, we can help protect more children, support more survivors, and strengthen the people and communities working to combat trafficking and exploitation.”

Human trafficking and child exploitation continue to impact communities across the United States and around the world. As technology evolves and online threats become increasingly sophisticated, organizations, families, educators, businesses, and community leaders all play a role in prevention and protection efforts.

The July Gift Match offers supporters an opportunity to directly contribute to those efforts while maximizing the impact of their giving.
