Carter has been with OUR for two and a half years. He started as Chief e-Commerce Officer after a long tenure with Backcountry where he developed customer facing policies, processes, and procedures. He strategically located, engineered, and built multiple domestic and international fulfillment centers. In 2017, he was recognized by the Postmaster General at the National Postal Forum and presented an award for Shipping Innovation in e-Commerce. As Senior Vice President, Technology Operations, Carter will oversee the streamlining of systems and processes throughout the organization, helping OUR to operate more effectively and efficiently internally, and externally with our trusted partners.
