New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu signed a bill to expand protection for minors who are sex trafficking victims. The bill protects children who were trafficked from penalties for stealing and drug dealing, which they were likely forced into doing.
A man traveled to Ohio to pick up a young girl to bring back to Indiana and sexually exploit. He has received 40 years in prison and will have to spend a lifetime on supervised release upon his potential, eventual release.
In pursuit of child pornographers, child traffickers, and child sex offenders, law enforcement arrested 88 alleged offenders who targeted Colorado children. This was part of a nationwide operation that has netted over 1,700 arrests.
