Three criminal organizations dedicated to the demand of commercial child sex trafficking were dismantled.
Those arrested were of Colombian nationality, two of Israeli, and one of Venezuelan nationalities.
Also captured was a woman known as “Madame”, cataloged as the biggest pimp in the city of Cartagena.
This woman has criminal records for heroin trafficking and irregular entry into the U.S. She managed the sexual corridor of the beach area, and had the capacity and international contacts to carry out events to conduct sex tourism.
